Renting vs. Buying

The market we live in is expensive .. we all know that. Prices have gone up, gas has risen too high for us to keep up with, and yet we're still held to the highest of standards to be able to put food on the table for our families. I wanted to share this blog from my own experience. I want others to feel safe with where they're putting their money because like I said, money can be sparse in times like these.

Why buy a home instead of renting? Renting can seem so much easier for many reasons. It's "cheaper" in the moment, but by far, more expensive in the long run. I get it though. I'm a 23 year old renting in the city of Lacey and I wish I wasn't. I'm currently putting equity in the hands of someone else for their benefits. Why ... why am I doing this when rent is so high!?! My goal in the next year is to purchase my first home so that I can start investing and putting my money towards something that makes more sense. Yeah, there may be many benefits to renting. I have the maintenance guy on speed dial because every second I turn my back something else seems to break. There are endless opportunities when you purchase a home. I would LOVE to purchase a few investment properties either on the coast or in Lake Chelan and start renting them out. Right now, I'm currently putting money in the hands of someone else who has the same vision as me! UGH !! Some day though. We will all get there. Back to the main topic, buying a home is the best way to go. There are many plans that can be suitable for you to help with your current spending situation in the market we live in today.

I am here for you and I would love to help you find that perfect home. The best thing about me is that I am 100% on your side. I will put all my energy and time into each person that catches my attention.

Best wishes,
